Overview

This work was performed in a vendor capacity while supporting the client’s engineering and operational teams.

Supported battery system manufacturing, assembly operations, and troubleshooting. Assisted with identifying mechanical and production issues in energy storage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisted with battery system manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Diagnosed a robotic-arm failure that stopped battery-pack production.
• Disassembled equipment and identified a damaged mechanical hook.
• Replaced faulty components and helped restore assembly-line operation.
• Supported troubleshooting and engineering workflow documentation.
